What To Do With Ripe Bananas

Summer is here and there is an expected rise in a temperature in our city Visakhapatnam due to cyclone hit last year in October. Cyclone came and swept large numbers of trees in the city, so it was predicted more than 40*C on scale. In this hot weather bananas ripe very fast, I bought dozen of bananas which got ripen...So I decided to use them in baking some cakes n cup cakes.


Banana & Oats cup cakes






The Recipe


Ingredients:

Half a cup Oats 




 One Cup all purpose flour 




One n half spoon Demerara Sugar 
(This is optional basically this sugar is use in caramelizing)




 Half a cup Castor sugar



1/4th spoon Baking Powder





1/4th spoon Baking soda





 1/4th spoon salt




1 spoon Cocoa powder




 4 ripe Bananas 2 more for placing




2 Eggs




 1 spoon Butter scotch essence 


6 big spoons of melted n cooled Butter



Method



Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees C and also grease your baking cup cake pan or cake pan Place some cut pieces of bananas in it


Mix all the dry ingredients  together keep aside

Mash 3 bananas with the help of fork and add 2 eggs in it, mix well

Now add both dry and wet ingredients together and mix well add butter and mix well

Bake it for 25 mins

&

Tada!!!!!!!!








For frosting I have used instant chocolate mousse and chocolate sauce



For Banana Layer cake

Bake it in cake pan, first after greasing the pan place banana slices and pour the cake mixture over it and bake it for 25 mins at 200 degree C



You can serve it in layers 



 It taste delicious...that I cant express in few words
